Anne-Julie’s Yoga classes are dynamic and well driven. She always takes the time to motivates her students and kindly fix their pauses. She practices competitive prices, you really get a lot out of 1 hour of Yoga with her.
The best moment is the end of the class, during Shavasana, when she comes around and massage our necks with essencial oils. So relaxing.
The sensation of peace and harmony that this creates stays with me hours after the class… Namaste Anne-Julie.
